VIDALIA ONION DIP 
A crowd pleaser!

2 cups Vidalia onion, chopped
2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
crackers

Mix first three ingredients together. Bake in a shallow dish for 20 minutes at 325°F, or until bubbly.

Serve with crackers.
