PECAN COFFEECAKE | |
Chopped pecans 1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls, about 1 1/2 dozen 1 sm. pkg. regular butterscotch pudding 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Put chopped pecans on bottom of greased bundt pan. Put frozen rolls around bottom of pan. Sprinkle box of pudding on top or rolls. Melt butter, add brown sugar and cinnamon stir and pour over rolls. Let set overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, invert pan on serving dish before rolls cool. |
