PENNIES POTATOES 
4 c. boiled, diced potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. hot dogs, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Salt and pepper

Mix milk and flour. Combine potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add milk mixture and hot dogs. Put in shallow baking dish and dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer (cheese may be added in the beginning).
