BEEF CHEESE LOG 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped dried beef

Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add peppers, parsley and onions. Chill until fine. On wax paper, shape into roll or ball. Roll in dried beef. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
