QUICK COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. biscuit mix 1 c. shredded coconut 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Blend all ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with a little coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean. |
