COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. milk 4 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 c. coconut Mix all ingredients except coconut in blender on low speed for 3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into greased pie plate and sprinkle with 1 cup coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
