LEMON CAKE DESSERT | |
1 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter, melted 5 tbsp. lemon juice 1 grated lemon rind 3 well beaten egg yolks 1 1/2 c. milk 3 stiff egg whites Add and blend sugar, flour and salt to melted butter. Add lemon juice and rind and blend well. Add egg yolks and milk and stir. Fold in egg whites and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
