BAKED CORN 
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (15 oz.) can whole corn
1 pkg. Jiffy brand cornbread mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute onions and pepper in butter. Add cream style corn, whole corn, cornbread mix, and eggs. Mix and pour in a greased baking dish. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes.
