CORN BAKE 
1 sm. onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 Jiffy cornbread mix
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Saute onion and pepper in butter; drain. Mix corn, Jiffy mix and eggs together; add onion and peppers. Fold in sour cream and cheese. Bake in 13"x9" pan in 350 degree oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until firm.
