CORN BAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 pkg. prepared Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add corns and sauteed mixture to cornbread mix. Top with sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
