PASTA WITH PICCANTESS CHILIES 
4 green onions
1/2 med. red bell pepper
2 or 3 sm. chili peppers
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. parsley, minced
Salt and pepper

Trim green onions; slice thinly. Core, seed and mince bell pepper. Crush garlic. Seed and mince chili peppers. Cook spaghetti in large pot of boiling water until al dente. While spaghetti is cooking, heat butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. When foam subsides, add green onions, bell pepper, garlic and chili peppers. Cook, stirring constantly, until onions are soft about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Quickly add hot spaghetti to skillet, toss well. Add cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, toss. Serve immediately.
