SPINACH - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and flour in bowl until smooth. Stir in spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, and salt; mix well. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
