SHRIMP IN SOUR CREAM 
1 stick butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice from 1 lemon
3/4 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Sauté shrimp and garlic in melted butter. Add drained mushrooms, green onions and parsley. Stir in flour to thicken. Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add sour cream. Serve over hot rice.
