ELEPHANT STEW | |
1 med. elephant 2 rabbits (optional) 800 lbs. potatoes 1 barrel salt 600 lbs. carrots 100 lbs. onions 3 barrel pepper Cut elephant in bite-size pieces. Dice the onions, potatoes and carrots. This should take about 2 months. Make enough brown gravy to cover all, season to taste. Cover over kerosene fire for approximately 4 weeks at 465 degrees. This will serve 3800 people. If more are expected, add the rabbits, but only if necessary as most people do not like to fine hare in their stew! |
