1 pkg. chopped spinach, frozen
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/3 c. water chestnuts, sliced thin
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
