IRISH CREAM 
1 1/4 c. Irish whiskey, rum, or bourbon
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In a blender, combine all of the above ingredients. Pour into decorative bottles for gifts. Makes 5 cups. It will keep in refrigerator for 1 month. Shake well before serving.
