JAMBALAYA 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
3/4 lb. cooked ham, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon
1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 c. Minute rice
Garlic powder
Creole seasoning
Red pepper

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Combine onion mixture and remaining ingredients, season to taste with garlic powder, creole seasoning and red pepper. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and continue cooking an additional 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 8-10.
