ZUCCHINI QUICHE | |
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini 1 c. buttermilk baking mix 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano Dash of pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Combine zucchini, baking mix, onion, 1/2 cup cheese, parsley, and seasonings in bowl; mix well. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch wide baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares. Serve hot or cold. Yield: 12 servings. Approximately per serving: Cal 80; Prot 3.9 gr; T Fat 3.2 gr; Chol 7.1 mg; Carbo 8.9 gr; Sod 386.1 mg; Potas 95.9 mg. |
