RUEBEN CASSEROLE 
1 can corned beef
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 c. sauerkraut
6 oz. Swiss sliced cheese
6 slices rye bread
1/4 c. butter

Place corned beef in casserole. Dot with Thousand Island dressing. Spread sauerkraut; place Swiss cheese. Melt butter. Mix bread crumbs with butter; layer on top and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
