FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free lemon gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, in own juice
1 1/4 c. sugar free 7-Up or diet 7-Up
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2-3 sliced bananas
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/2 c. sugar, suitable for baking
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container lite whipped topping
Chopped pecans, optional

In a 9 x 13 inch pan combine both gelatins. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add pineapple, 7-Up, marshmallows and bananas. Set in the refrigerator to congeal.

In a saucepan, combine sugar substitute, flour, egg and 1 cup of reserved juice. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and cream cheese. Cool. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over congealed gelatin and top with pecans, if desired.
