FRENCH FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. head cauliflower, broken into flowerettes

Combine flour and salt. Combine eggs, milk and oil; add to flour. Stir just until moistened. Dip cauliflower into batter and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
