ENCHILADA SAUCE 
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. chili powder
Mix with water

Mix flour and chili powder together. Pour into greased pan. Mix with 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce and water; boil until gravy like. Salt and pepper to taste. Then simmer for 15 minutes. Put tortillas in sauce then roll with cheese, chicken, beef or whatever you want.
