SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings
1 (5 oz.) bottle Tabasco sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle of beer
1 (18 oz.) bottle of hot spicy barbecue sauce

Preheat broiler. Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Cut apart at joints, discard tips. Combine with Tabasco sauce and beer in large sauce pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Mix barbecue sauce with enough water in bowl to dilute to desired consistency. Dip chicken wings in barbecue sauce. Place on baking sheet. Broil for 5 minutes, turn chicken wings over. Broil for 5 minutes longer. Makes 12 servings.
