QUICK SPINACH AND RICE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
1 env. onion soup mix
Pinch of spearmint leaves (diasmo)
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. corn oil or olive oil
Dried parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® quick rice (red box)

Cook frozen spinach as directed on package, adding all the remaining ingredients, except rice. When thoroughly cooked, add the rice and cook 5 minutes more. Cover and let stand for 1/2 hour before serving.
