CHILI RELLENO BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can whole chilies, (4 oz.) split
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
Grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onions. Sprinkle with salt. In casserole dish layer beef and onions, green chilies and cheese. Repeat layers again. Combine eggs, salt, flour and milk. Pour over layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is done.
