CHILIES RELLENOS BAKE 
1 lb. ground round, brown & drain off fat
1/2 chopped onion
Season with salt & pepper
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, drain, split & remove seeds
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Arrange 1/2 of the chilies in bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top of meat. Cover with remaining chilies. 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Little hot sauce

Combine and mix until smooth. Pour over layered chilies, cheese and meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
