BOSTON NORTH END SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
Onion, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
28 oz. pureed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 c. red wine

Salt
Pepper
Basil
Oreg ano
Parsley
Rosemary
Fennel

Du mp together. Bring together to boil, then lower heat to simmer 1/2 hour. Add chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, more wine, browned hamburger, sausage, whatever.
