2 c. pecans halves
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Dip pecans in egg white and then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on cookie sheet - single layer. Bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
