WHITE CHILI 
Monterey Jack cheese
4 chicken breasts
2 or 3 white onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar jalapenos, sliced or chopped
1 (4 oz.) green chilies, chopped
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp. cumin
1 1/4 tsp. oregano
4 cans Great Northern beans
6 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken until done. Mix all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover for 2 hours, stirring often. Add chicken and cover for 1 hour. Spread cheese and put chili on top of tortilla chips and add cheese.
