SPOON BREAD | |
1 c. cornmeal 2 c. water 1 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten Stir cornmeal gently into boiling water and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add milk, salt and eggs. Pour into a well greased bread pan. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with a spoon from pan. Serves 6. |
