HAMAN TASCHEY 
1/2 lb. golden raisins
1/2 lb. dried apricots
1 lb. prunes, pitted
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. strawberry jam
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder

Grind raisins, apricots and prunes; mix thoroughly with coconut and jam. Set aside. Cream butter, sugar and eggs together; beat in vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture, working in thoroughly. Roll out; cut into squares. Place a scant tablespoon filling on each square; fold to make triangles. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield 50 turnovers.
