BEEF BRISKET 
1 beef brisket
Garlic salt
2 cans beef broth

Lightly brown 1 beef brisket (not corn beef). Sprinkle each side with garlic salt; place in a baking dish. Pour 2 cans beef broth over the brisket, cover with foil and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and slice the beef; put back in pan and cover with foil. Bake another 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
