CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 pkg. tortillas
1 chicken, deboned
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can chopped mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth or can broth
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Leftover turkey or chicken

Bring soups, chicken broth, and seasonings to a boil. Add chicken pieces. Butter casserole dish and line it with the tortillas. Then add the mixture. Repeat in layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese after removing from the oven.
