LO-CAL ENCHILADAS 
SAUCE:

1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. spice Mix:
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. corn oil
1 tbsp. chili seasoning mix
1/2 c. tomato sauce
2/3 c. water
1 pkg. Weight Watchers Broth mix

FILLING:

3 oz. ground beef or ground turkey
3 oz. grated cheese
4 tsp. finely chopped onion

Use 4 corn tortillas (6 inches size). Makes 2 servings with 2 enchiladas each.
