BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Grease 2 quart baking dish. Spread bread cubes on bottom. Arrange sausage and cheese on top of bread. Beat eggs with 1 cup milk. Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage and cheese. Mix remaining 1 cup milk with soup and mustard; top mixture with this. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, place in a cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, until puffy and brown.
