CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
6 oz. marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts (if desired)

Combine sugar, milk, butter, marshmallow fluff, and salt in saucepan. Mix over low heat. Bring to a boil until soft ball stage (about 5 minutes). Add vanilla, chocolate chips, and nuts (if desired). Pour into buttered 9 inch pan. This fudge recipe is very quick and easy.
