HAYSTACKS (HOT CRAB SANDWICH) 
1 can crabmeat or 1/4 lb. fresh
Mayonnaise, dab
English muffins, 6 halves
1 tomato
1 green pepper
6 slices baby Swiss cheese

Mix crab with just enough mayonnaise to keep crabmeat together (tiny amount). Spread crab mixture on English muffin. On top of the crab mixture place 1 very thin slice of tomato, green pepper - paper thin slice, and slice of cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, not brown, and serve with cole slaw, or tossed green salad. Very tasty.
