2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
12 marshmallows
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Into hot potatoes, add vanilla, sugar, and butter. Form into 12 balls. Press center of each and add 1 marshmallow and re-shape ball. Roll balls in corn flakes and place on uncovered 9"x6"x2" baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until marshmallows melt. Serve hot. Serves 12.
