PEACH SNOW CAPS 
1 can peach halves, drained but keep juice

FILLING:

12 macaroon cookies, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. fruit juice

SYRUP:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Syrup from peaches

Put 1 tablespoon filling in each peach half. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with ice cream and syrup.
