CHICKEN A L'ORANGE 
2 chickens, cut up
3/4 c. white wine
1 c. grape wine
1 c. brandy
Juice of 8 oranges
4 oz. butter

Rub the chicken pieces with butter, salt, black pepper and grated onion. Place in pan. Mix together juice and wines, pouring over chicken. Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown.

When ready to serve make a sauce or gravy with 2 teaspoons sugar dissolved in 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of juice from the chicken.
