WALDORF SALAD 
4 med. apples, cored and chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. red grapes, halved and seeded
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
Romaine lettuce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream
Ground nutmeg

Combine apples, celery, grapes and walnuts. Turn fruit into Romaine lined bowl; chill. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice. Whip cream until soft peaks form; fold into mayonnaise mixture. Spoon the dressing over chilled apple mixture. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. To serve, fold dressing into fruit mixture.
