ORANGE PARTY SALAD 
3 pkg. orange gelatin
3 c. boiling water
3 c. cold water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 bananas, sliced
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
2 c. whipped cream
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir until clear. Add cold water, pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows; pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until set. Meanwhile, beat eggs, add sugar and flour; mix until well blended. Add pineapple juice and mix well. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened. Cool. Fold in whipped cream; spread evenly over chilled gelatin fruit mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Chill.
