CLAM AND CHEESE SPAGHETTI 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3 green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt & basil
Dash pepper
8 oz. cooked linguini
1/4 c. Parmesan

Drain clams, save 1/2 cup liquid. Stir fry green onions and garlic 2 minutes. Stir in flour. Add milk and clam liquid. Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in clams and spices. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Add spaghetti and cheese. Toss and heat through. Makes 4-5 servings.
