STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE 
3 c. whole strawberries
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crushed berries
1 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Mix whole berries and powdered sugar. Let stand 1 hour. Add 1 cup water to crushed berries and cook for 2 minutes. Mix cornstarch and granulated sugar. Stir into crushed berry juice and cook gently until clear.

Fill pie shell with whole berries. Pour hot sauce over the whole berries and cool. Spoon whipped cream around the edge.
