STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
3 1/2 c. fresh hulled strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Line baked shell with strawberries. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water. Cook over low heat slowly until thickened and clear (about 10 to 15 minutes). Pour glaze over the strawberries. Chill. Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream and whole berries.
