FIREHOUSE CHICKEN SALAD 
6 to 8 c. cooked turkey or chicken, chopped
4 apples, diced
1 med. onion, diced
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3 tsp. mustard
1 to 2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise

Ingredients may be adjusted according to amount of meat you have.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve on lettuce bed or in pita pockets with shredded lettuce and cheese.
