BROCCOLI PUFF 
1 package cooked broccoli*
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. (1/2 c.) sharp cheese, grated
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg

Combine soup and cheese, add milk, mayo and egg. Pour over broccoli. Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. * Either whole or cut broccoli can be used. Serves 6-7.
