1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together well. Drop into greased cookie sheet by the teaspoon. Bake at 375 degrees until done. Then ice with fudge icing recipe or milk chocolate recipe.

Makes 40 cookies.
