STRAWBERRY POPCORN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Strawberry Quik (dry)
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 qts. popped corn (3/4 - 1 c. unpopped)

Melt butter in microwave. Add Quik, corn syrup and salt. Microwave until bubbly (about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes). Add baking soda. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds. Stir again. Pour mixture (hot) over popcorn in a paper bag. Microwave again in paper bag for 2 minutes. Remove and shake. Microwave another minute. Shake. Cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
