STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH SAUSAGE 
1 lb. fresh sausage, fried and drained
1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Bread crumbs

Rinse and pat dry mushrooms. Chop stems. Combine sausage, cheese, garlic and parsley. Stir bread crumbs in to hold meat mixture together. Stuff mushrooms. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
